This afternoon should be an interesting game as this will be the first time the two teams will face each other this season.

The Rangers offensive lines remain the same as last game:
While the defensive pairs are a little different due to the fact defenseman K'Andre Miller was placed on Injured Reserve after sustaining an upper-body injury.

Along with that Rangers announced a roster transaction as veteran Chad Ruhwedel was recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack, to sever as the seventh defenseman for the Rangers.
At the moment there has not been any confirmation on who will get to start in nets today.
It's looking like it might be Jonathan Quick considering Igor Shesterkin started in the last two games against the Chicago Blackhawks and Buffalo Sabres.
