Paul Bissonnette disrespects the New York Rangers with bold statement

In a video shared on X, Bissonnette joined the Pat McAfee Show and discussed his opinion on the Eastern Conference Finals between the New York Rangers and Florida Panthers.

Bissonnette started off by saying the Rangers were considered a «team of destiny,» especially with Igor Shesterkin in nets.

"I think the feeling going in was that the Rangers were this team of destiny along with insane goaltending. They got off to a 2-1 series lead, but ultimately the Panthers are exactly who we thought they were. They're a well-oiled machine. They're big, they're physical, and they don't have any weaknesses," Bissonnette said.

Bissonnette then moved on to the Panthers, and how their depth is a significant advantage this series, with how they can rotate players without losing momentum.

«Anytime they want to take out a third or fourth liner, they have another guy who was a healthy scratch who they can put in, and he'll make just as big, if not more, of an impact with fresh legs," Bissonnette added.

He didn't stop there as he also noted the Panthers strong goaltending and overall team performance, and even believes Florida will indeed win this series.

"They're firing on all cylinders, and when they want to dominate a game and when they're rolling, they just seem to take over."

"So right now, the better team is winning, and that's Florida. I'm not discounting the Rangers but it feels like Florida is gonna take this series," Bissonnette concluded.

Hopefully the New York Rangers can prove Paul Bissonnette and everyone else who doubts them wrong, as the Rangers and Panthers will face each other for game 6 on Saturday, June 1st at 8:00PM.
