Matt Rempe couldn't help but smile when he heard the ovation from Rangers fans as he was shown stretching at the red line during the warmups.

Matt Rempe was getting a shift with John Brodzinski and Will Cuylle in the third line.
Head coach Peter Laviolette has been rotating the bottom 6 forwards a bit in the first period. Hopefully he gets more time on the ice.
So far the game is scoreless, with both goalies playing out of their mind.
