Jonathan Quick's Going Viral Following Recent Move For Wheeler's Family
Blake Wheeler suffered a season-ending injury a day before the Rangers Stadium Series family skate in the 7-4 win over the Montreal Canadiens.
Jonathan Quick made sure his son Louie still got to attend the Stadium Series family skate.
Unreal on the ice and even better off it!
Quick's kind gesture might have been small, but it's a testament to how much Wheeler means to the Rangers locker room.
Head coach Peter Laviolette also mentioned that he's talked to Blake Wheeler on the phone and exchanged a few texts. "He's doing as well as he could be," he said.
He expects Wheeler to be back around the team/locker room in some capacity before the end of the season.
