Former NHL head coach Don Cherry was involved in yet another controversial incident after making a post on social media on Christmas Day.

The former Boston Bruins head coach Don Cherry has caused a stir on social media following his latest controversial comments regarding Christmas

Obviously yesterday was Christmas, which lead to a lot of members of the hockey community to make post online wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

The New York Rangers themselves made a post wishing the Rangers fans a Happy Holiday.

Happy holidays, #NYR family.

Along with that, Don Cherry made a post as well, but one that many believe to be controversial due to obvious reasons.

In his holiday post, he referenced "you people" which is something he stated back in his Hockey Night in Canada days that ended up leading to him being fired from his position.

Merry Christmas to all you people.!

Don Cherry has not backed down since being fired five years ago, and has continued to voice his same opinion, which many of his fans and community have continued to back him up.

However, there is a fair amount of fans within in the hockey community that let Cherry know how they feel about his post, but like always there is a mixed reaction amongst fans.

Don Cherry now owns his own podcast and talks about hockey like he use to on his Coach's Corner segment he had on Hockey Night In Canada.

Do you think Don Cherry's post is appropriate?
